Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team and help build, automate, and maintain robust and scalable systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, containerization, Kubernetes, monitoring, observability, and DevSecOps practices.
The role involves working at the intersection of development and operations to design reliable infrastructure, automate deployment workflows, improve system availability and performance, and ensure secure and efficient software delivery.
We are looking for an automation-first engineer who treats infrastructure as code, system reliability, security, and scalability as core engineering responsibilities.
Key Skills & Expertise :
- Strong expertise in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Infrastructure Automation
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Go, or advanced Bash
- Experience with Ansible or SaltStack for configuration management and automation
- Good knowledge of monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and security automation
- Experience with production infrastructure, system reliability, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Job Responsibilities :
- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Implement Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
- Manage and optimize cloud services including VPC, IAM, EKS, RDS, networking, and security components
- Design, implement, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable and automated software delivery
- Automate application deployment processes with a focus on fast and reliable releases and minimal downtime
- Build and maintain Docker-based containerized environments
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and workloads
- Implement configuration management and infrastructure automation using Ansible, SaltStack, or similar tools
- Build and maintain monitoring, logging, metrics, and distributed tracing solutions
- Implement observability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Datadog
- Identify and resolve infrastructure, deployment, performance, and reliability issues
- Implement DevSecOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle
- Integrate security scanning, secrets management, vulnerability detection, and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines
- Develop automation scripts and tools using Python, Go, or Bash
- Build infrastructure testing frameworks, orchestration suites, and validation pipelines
- Perform root-cause analysis of production incidents and implement permanent solutions
- Collaborate closely with software developers, QA engineers, security teams, and infrastructure teams
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, deployment procedures, operational runbooks, and best practices
- Continuously improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, security, automation, and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications :
- 5–10 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience operating and supporting production systems at scale
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP
- Strong knowledge of AWS services including:
- VPC
- IAM
- EKS
- RDS
- EC2
- Load Balancing
- Cloud Networking
- Security Services
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as:

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills

- Ownership: Proactive approach with the ability to take complete ownership of infrastructure, deployments, reliability, and operational challenges.
- Collaboration: Strong team-oriented approach and the ability to work effectively with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
